Is there away to make this flow better?
Discussing abortion has an element of controversy, I'm right your wrong this is merely based principal ethics moral or immoral opinions. Which leads me to the overturning of a 1973 Supreme court ruling Roe and Wade 2022, this decriminalized abortion nationwide.
Governor JB Pritzker signed HB4664, a reproductive rights and gender affirming care omnibus bill that protects health care providers and their patients from legal attacks by neighboring states and expands health care access and options across the state. The overturing of Roe and Wade forcedpeople to travel to neighboring states to have an abortion.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson triggered the Texas law in June 2022. The 2022 ruling allowed states to set their own abortion laws. Under the new Texas abortion law, the woman who had the abortion will not beprosecuted. However, anyone who provided care and assistance in the abortion process, under Texas law, will be prosecuted. Even before the Supreme Court ruling, Texas abortion laws were restrictive, and limited. Several clinics and physicians denied services due to fear. The Texas legislature passed the trigger law on abortion in 2021.
