The mean teaching experience was 10.6 years with a standard deviation of 6.2 years. Regarding education level, 31% of respondents (n=11) reported having a BA degree, 54% (n=19) reported having a Master's degree, 9% (n=3) reported having a Specialist degree, and 6% (n=2) reported having a Doctorate. The mean level of education, when coded numerically (B.A.=1, Master's=2, Specialist=3, Doctorate=4), was 2.2 with a standard deviation of 0.8.
