I$$m extremely thrilled and honored to announce that our project has been extremely successful so far! Your consistent, diligent efforts and dedication to helping the team go as far as we can is greatly appreciated. I cannot thank you all enough.

I know we faced a tough time at first, but everybody adapted, and we came together to crush it$.$ All of you guys demonstrated copious amounts of planning, dedication, and problem solving. When forming the team, our chemistry was apparent, and everybody established roles and responsibilities. We then showed off our teamworking skills by storming, which involved discussing changes and new ideas. This was extra challenging due to technological issues at times, but we all persevered. Towards the end of the project, we reached norming, where our proficiency became normalized, and we began to truly flow. When it was show time, we absolutely performed better than ever imagined and really dialed in and got nothing but great reviews.

I can$$t thank you all enough! I am extremely proud of our growth as a team and hope you all take a moment to celebrate our big achievements.

JUSTIFICATION

INTRO

My first thought process around writing this piece was being a contestant on a show like shark tank. I thought of our team trying to perfect an extremely good product and all the blood, sweat, and tears that go into that. I started off with a calm $$Good evening $$to create a very friendly tone that suggests upcoming positive information. Using words like thrilled or excited can further set the positive tone and creates excitement about the message to come. Acknowledging efforts right away by discussing dedication was essential to condemn the work throughout, not just the outcome. As the boss, I felt like I really had to make sure every aspect was brought up$.$

BODY

As the manager of the assignment, emphasizing with members felt very important therefore the message started by mentioning the tough times we went through. Overcoming the obstacles is the most important thing. Bringing in the four stages of team development was another essential move as it feels like most aren$$t aware of that process. I wanted to highlight some specific skills that were greatly beneficial to our success such as planning, dedication, and problem solving. I broadened my enthusiasm by using phrases like $$ crushed it$$ and $$ dialed in$$ Finally, I ended things off by mentioning the good reviews which reinforces the impact of our work.
