Isaac was also uncomfortable with the clothes that he had rented as it looked as though they had not been washed. In fact, some of the clothes were torn and faded. As a result of wearing these clothes, Isaac who is allergic to unwashed clothes developed an itch all over his body.

The flower decoration for the front of the car was dirty and was not in order. Clothes for the flower boy were not provided. Only after it was insisted upon, the clothes for the flower boy were provided. However, the clothes looked very faded and worn out.

Isaac filed a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for Star and Ideal Bridal House to comply with the terms of the wedding package.
