Background

iSport Design is having trouble with discrepancies and inconsistencies in their data that is currently stored in a huge spreadsheet. The first job they have for you is putting the company customer data into electronic form for easier retrieval, collecting more relevant data, and making it more consistent and accurate. The manager Ron previously provided you with the existing spreadsheet as well as some handwritten forms and reports used to keep track of customers, suppliers and orders.

You previously met with Ron to review your basic assumptions on the tables and fields you might need and the proper data types based on a Microsoft Access Database that will be used as a pilot before deploying to a more powerful DBMS$.$ They verified your assumptions were correct and were very satisfied with your work. Your next step is to figure out the relationships and create the appropriate Foreign Keys. To effectively communicate this, you'll create an E$-$R diagram using Crow's Foot Diagram notation.
