But this is the not the problem; discriminating people based on their caste, color, race or even on the work performance and position is the real thing to think about. When group of people work together it is natural that they belong to different caste or communities and they must have different kind of perspectives regarding the work or topic. So, it is the responsibility of every group partner and of everyone to respect other mates and treat them equally. But instead of doing people do discriminate others and sometimes use the offensive language as well to make them feel bad. And even discrimination is very diverse topic. It has different types like age discrimination, gender discrimination that's the most common one and race discrimination, religious discrimination and disability discrimination. Starting with the first one that is age discrimination, people bias based on their age as everyone has perspective that old people have more knowledge, so they have better experience, they always get the priority to take decisions and due to this people, who possess finer knowledge are ignored. Gender discrimination is the thing that is happening long time ago and still prevails when male colleagues discriminate female ones because they think are not equal to men and cannot do the work same as them. Race and Religious covers differentiation of people based on their caste or community and not letting them wear according to their religious importance because these things are not necessary as clothes, color, caste have no relation with the work performance of employee or group partner. All these kinds of discrimination happen everywhere which directly puts negative impact on the work performance of everyone. Because to work properly one needs positive environment, in which one can take decision, have right to share ideas and have no boundaries. So, to work better it is necessary to remove these kinds of hurdles which lessen the work performance of the workplace and during group projects. So, making discrimination free environment is very important to consider. People should put special attention towards it. As when one has bias free workplace they can work better, their productivity will improve gradually. Another thing happens when there is no discrimination is that it helps to improve the knowledge and even increases it as one able to get new information.
