He gives an example that they are forced to sell the products to elders who don't even require those products which forces them to go on stress leave as they are not able to manage by going with criteria for which they are not trained.
Causes of Issue -
a. Managers are always around them and keep on reminding them about their required sales. They keep an eye on employees which makes employees feel out of their comfort zone and burdened because of being watched every moment.
b. When employees are off sick their targets are not adjusted through their working hours and get reduced due to their sickness which leads to mounting pressure on the employees to adopt unethical means of selling to meet the required sales.
c. Quest Networks are not providing training for selling products in different situations when they are not able to reach the sales. Therefore, it becomes difficult and highly pressurizing to tackle the customers and increase sales. Correspondingly employees experience the aura of stress and burden.
