Data Gathering

Using RIIOT as a guide, describe how you will structure your data gathering activities for your business. Be specific. At a minimum, you should address the following for each activity:

• What the activity is
• What you will accomplish by doing the activity
• When you will do the activity (in relation to your other activities)
• What must be in place for you to be able to accomplish this activity
• What you will do with the results of the activity

If you wish to create a GANTT chart to help explain your plan, that would be fine.
