In this assignment, you will download and run OpenMRS software which is a low cost Electronic Health Record application used in underdeveloped countries.

Your goal is to observe workflow processes that can be accomplished by OpenMRS, then consider deviations that may occur in the workflow, suggestion of needed additional input/output for process improvement.

Below are the brief steps for OpenMRS software application download and installation. The username and password information is provided below.

Step 9: Your task is to analyze patient registration process and coming up with possible deviation during actual patient registration process based on the discussion from slides. Examples of deviation not covered in this software may include, lack of (or inaccurate) insurance information to capture in the system, lack of emergency contact phone or person information, etc. You need to include at least two deviation to score full points.
