You are hired to be the division Of Career & Technical Education This Division is a combination of a wide variety of educational programs including business, welding, automotive maintenance, information technology, machine tool technology, education, criminal justice, and the BAS degree. Since the previous Director was forced to retire, there has been fear, a lack of trust, limited communication, and low morale among all the instructors in the Division. The instructors in the Division teach in-person, online (some even from other parts of the country), or hybrid. All are skilled in their disciplines but have little knowledge of the entire Division. For the upcoming 18 months, please detail your plan to resolve these problems and create a more trusting interdisciplinary team of instructors.
