It has been reported that about 15% of people entering treatment identify marijuana as the drug that has resulted in them seeking help.With the legalization of marijuana in Ontario there is concern that a greater percent of people entering treatment will do so because of marijuana.

Using a simple cluster sampling procedure to collect the data, a researcher receives data from a random sample of treatment centers as to which drug was stated to be the primary reason why clients entered treatment. The researcher will compile this data to conduct her analysis to determine if there has been an increasein the percent of people who report marijuana as their primary reason for seeking treatment.

Conduct the full analysis that the researcher should conduct to prove their hypothesis showing full calculations.
