How can I respond in the student response form. I suffer from anxiety and depression. First time I was issued an Academic Integrity Incident in all my academic. I was under pressure and needed to research a good vacation policy and recommendation. I included a summary from a source the vacation policy of three provinces but did not provide the source name . And was flagged for copying as per the message above. Which the Turnitin system they used came to be 77% of my assignment.
