All very good points about how education being necessary to learn amount different customs. Although basic intellectual skills are important to learn, so are cultural traditions, customs and values (Wild & Wild, 2008). Fortunately, it's becoming more common to experience cultural diversity, such as religion, in traditional education these days (Seiple & Hoover, 2021). One issue the global economy faces is "Brain Drain", when highly educated residents leave their country for better opportunities in another country (Wild & Wild, 2008). Unfortunately, these are the people required for economic development, so it's important for their countries to retain them.

How would impoverished countries make it more appealing for their highly educated citizens want to stay and improve their economy?
