It is happening again. When I enter grades and I try to save "Explorer" as a whole just shuts down. It used to only happen at home, but now it happens here 3-4 times a day. I have emptied all of the cookies and other things that we have been told to empty twice this week. I don't know what to do. Please help. When it happens I get a little note pad on my desk top. The title is hs_err_pid1 (each time it happens the number goes up one.) I'm back! Sorry. The portal is not shutting down as often, but it is still doing it. Now there is a new problem. Only about half of the websites that I have bookmarked over the years seem to work. They are not blocked, but seem to load with a blank page. I received a pop-up when I was changing my IP address last time. Something about the IP address being used in two different places so it would not work properly. I am using the address that you gave me. What am I doing wrong? Note:The portal he is talking about is the online student database.
