It is important to remember that as a developer, you will interact with a variety of people, many of whom have no technical background. They will also be from different parts of the organization, from users to upper management. Do some initial research on how to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Pick one, define it briefly, and explain how it would be different in communicating with an end user and the CEO of an organization. Be sure to include the reasons why the communication is not (or is) the same.
