It is interesting that you are stating that your organization needs to be more open to change, since that is usually what organizations strive for because that is the only way they can grow in their communities needs, and become more successful in the future. However, I do not disagree that changes need to be made in order to continue growth in other aspects of business aside from the daily operation (Romiti et al. 2023). This is where the conflict will be found, because there are times where changes are being made, but not in the most appropriate of settings.
