It is July 12, 2022. Yesterday was a hectic day in the office! Although you wanted to record your time earlier, you just could not get to it in time. You are going to record yesterday's time now using a spreadsheet, which shall be designed by you as follows:

1. Build the spreadsheet so that it has columns and/or rows for the date, the client's last name, the firm file number, the case name, a detailed description of the activity completed, the time spent on each activity in tenths of an hour, your hourly billing rate of $150/hour, the resultant cost for each activity (hint: you will insert a formula multiplying the time spent by your hourly rate), and an indication of whether it was billable time or non-billable time.

2. Input at least eight (8) hours' worth of fictional work for no less than four unique, fictional clients [you may make up this information on your own], spread across no less than twelve (12) separate, fictional activities. For each activity listed, decide whether it is billable or not billable and record your time as if you completed the activity. For example, one of your 12+ activities might be spending 0.8 billable hours, on July 11, 2022, composing a draft Motion to Dismiss for the client (Jonathan) Row, in the case of Legacy Holdings v. Row (file no. 7092), for a total charge of $120.00. Each of these data points would then be input into the appropriate cells in your worksheet.

3. Ensure that your spreadsheet data is sortable by date, client's last name, firm file number, and whether the time is billable or non-billable.

4. At the bottom of your spreadsheet, include cells with formulas that will automatically total up your work for the day, including all time spent (hint: this should equal 8 hours), and all billable charges.

5. Submit your final Excel file to your instructor for grading at the link below.
