By reading further, the goals that driven the organization would be found, followed by the main stakeholders who were involved by the action of the company. After discussing about the main problem occurred in WHCS, the suitable of Plan View implementation will be discussed. Last but not least, there would be the discussion about the advantages of alternative software (Axios System - IT Business Management) that could give more benefit to WHCS than Plan View did. Keywords: WHCS, ITIL, health care, length, IT service management 1. Introduction Worthington Health-Care System (WHCS) was a St. Louis company with 27 health-care facilities (in 2012). At that time, Henry Richmond, who was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), was considering how to improve IT project governance. The main business of WHCS was delivering project or software to support hospitals or healthcare services to provide the best experiences for patients and support the healthcare staffs. In order to operate the main business effectively, the organisation had set some goals to achieve. Stakeholders were people or organisations that had impact on WHCS or being affected by WHCS. The main stakeholders were Henry Richmond (CIO), the president of each hospital, the patients, health care employee, suppliers and the competitors. Referring to the case study, problems that needed to be solved, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) keys and the example found will be discussed. There were four main issues found; including Lack of management and poor organisation structure . No executive support .
