It seems reasonable and acceptable to say that we should be loyal to other human beings because they are persons with wants, desires, and meaningful lives. That being said: what moral obligations, if any, do employees have to the people they work with? what moral obligations, if any, do employees have to the company they work for? what moral obligations, if any, do employees have to people with whom they have no direct relationship, but who contribute in some way to their work life? An example would be workers paid $12 per day in a third world country to make parts used in the assembly of automobiles in the United States by workers paid $17 per hour.
