We are interested in putting the property up for sale over the next month or so as we are ready to downsize and move to a smaller house in preparation for retirement. As requested here is an outline of the property: Our property is 20 acres, in good condition and is currently running as a hobby farm. We have a couple of cows and chooks and have an agistment agreement for a couple of horses in one of the paddocks.
