an opportunity to improve a situation or process.

For example, the increasing number of students and limited number of parking spaces are

causing a major parking problem. Or sealed windows in your office building are creating sick-

building syndrome, and employees are getting ill more frequently and for longer periods of time.

Write a formal proposal offering a solution to the problem or issue. A real world problem is

needed here---dont invent something.
