It's time for a change for FMLA Policymakers must recognize the invaluable contribution of family caregivers and enact policies that provide them with the support they need. This includes expanding the FMLA to cover all employers, regardless of size, and extending the duration of leave. Most importantly, we must advocate for paid family leave. No one should have to choose between caring for a loved one and financial stability
