J. u' Mark owns a 1923 Bentley car which he wanted to store in a lockable garage because of its value. Norma had a lock-up-garage on her farm which she said Mark was welcome to use. Mark and Norman agree that Mark will pay her $10 a week and that he will have a spare key. She uses the garage to store farm machinery and while it is used daily by her, she always keeps it locked. Mark comes and goes as he pleases without telling Norma. One weekend, Mark stayed overnight at a 5-star hotel. When he arrived, his car was parked in the Hotel carpark using valet parking. When the car was returned to Mark he was told that the car was damaged by the valet when being parked. Advise Mark of his Property Law rights, over the loakupgarage, and against the Hotel for damage to his ear
