What is the rule for this IRAC?
Jack decides to take his dog, Fido, on a short walk so they can both stretch their legs before dinner. When Jack and Fido get to the front door to leave the apartment, Jack realizes that he left Fido's leash upstairs. Jack decides that Fido is generally a well-behaved dog, so he decides that Fido will be okay without a leash, especially because it's just a quick walk around the block. Halfway around the block, Jack sees his neighbor Rudy also taking walk, Jack says "hello" and Rudy responds with "How's it going". Rudy works for a construction company and makes $250/day building block walls. Fido is not that fond of Rudy and attacks Rudy. After the attack, Rudy is taken to the hospital and needs a total of 15 stitches in his leg, arm, and hand. The hospital bill is $750 and Rudy misses three days of work.
