His assistant Jessie visits all the businesses to pick up their weekly receipts, invoices and bank statements for Jacob every Friday. Recently. while she was waiting in the dry cleaners for the clerk to gather the items in the back room, she decided to run across the street to the bakery to order her daughter's birthday cake. While in the bakery, she attempted to pull her wallet out to pay for the cake and in doing so, marbles fell out and onto the floor. She was not aware the marbles were in there, but had seen her son playing with them yesterday evening. Gabby enters the bakery, does not see the marbles and slips, breaking her ankle.
