Over time and treatment providers, James had received several diagnoses including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), combined type, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder (BP), unspecified bipolar and related disorder, disruptive behavior disorder, not otherwise specified, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), mild intellectual disability (ID), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), schizophrenia (SZ), childhood-onset, and schizophrenia, disorganized type, under partial control with medication.
