Jamie was a new graduate with her RHIT credential. Melissa was excited to have Jamie join the team, but after two weeks of working with Jamie, Melissa's excitement quickly waned. In fact, Melissa felt defensive whenever Jamie asked her questions about basic coding rules. She never had this problem with other staff before, why is she having problems now?
