  • Read through the reflection questions and the examples of what might be seen as evidence if an authorised officer conducted a site visit.
  • Use critical reflection to consider aspects of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 and how your practice either demonstrates this or identify areas that you'd like to improve.
  • When reflecting on aspects of each element think of and describe examples of practice that others would be able to observe, i.e., evidence of practice. You'll be able to share these examples with stakeholders and ask them to offer their own.

Undertake a self-evaluation in conjunction with your Supervisor and peers against the National Quality Standards (NQS) Quality Area 4 (QA4), Elements 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. Observe and answer the questionnaire.
