1. Jane has to Hold a meeting in her Room and get her team ready and provide advice that will prepare them for an assessment visit from an authorised officer for Quality Areas 4 and 7. In your meeting, include information:

Schedule of events - what and when things will happen before, during and after the visit. Tell your team what to expect.

Review the documentation you have compiled to date on QA4 and QA7, as well as evidence and supporting documents, that could be presented to an authorised officer as required.

Get the team by referring to the

ACECQA resources, to consider the reflection questions for QA4 and QA7.

Engage the whole team in practicing responses to an authorised officer's questions.

Determine in the meeting how you will meet with stakeholders to prepare them for the visit i.e., other staff, educators, children and families.
