Jane is an African America 3rd grade student, who engages in escape behaviors to avoid academic instruction and home work. When her teachers assign the class any academic work, Jane starts complaining of a head ache as asks to go to the nurse's office. The behaviors are impacting Jane's performance and social relationship.

Provide a brief case conceptualization addressing referrals concerns, current level of functioning, environmental considerations, ethical considerations and considerations related to DEI.

Identify behavioral targets for both behavior(escape) reduction for escape and skills acquisition and defend why you chose the targets (relate it to the case conceptualization.

Identify two goals:

1. Behavior reduction- operationally define, discuss potential function, and identify and define replacement behaviors.

2. Skill acquisition -( this must be different from replacement behavior above), operationally define and discuss precursor behaviors, among others.
