Jane purchases a rowing machine from Jason's Warehouse, a fitness equipment retailer. A condition of the contract promises home delivery and gives Jason's Warehouse up to three weeks to deliver the machine to Jane's home. After two weeks, a representative from Jason's Warehouse calls Jane and tells her the company no longer performs home deliveries and Jane will need to arrange pick up herself. Jane is so disappointed with Jason's Warehouse she decides she no longer wants the rowing machine. Jane is unsure whether she can terminate the contract now or if she has to wait until the three weeks stipulated in the contract for home delivery has expired.
