It's difficult for me to find childcare outside of work hours. I don't really understand why this is required and it seems unfair since I$\text{'}$m the only one with kids at home. Why are we doing this?

Your children have gotten in the way of your advancement. If you want to move up$,$ you're going to have to put in the effort.

Building relationships helps us understand our differences and appreciate them at a deeper level and it's tough to do that during work hours.
