(c) Jill purchases fruits from Tan. (Jill does not disclose that she is in fact acting on behalf of Jasmin. Thus Tan thinks he is contracting with Jill.)

(d) Jill purchases a painting from Tan. (Jill does not disclose that she is in fact acting on behalf of Jasmin. Thus, Tan thinks he is contracting with Jill.)
