1. Lab18B: Write a recursive method that accepts an array of integers; it should return a true if each value in the array is equal to 2 times the previous value. (i.e.: array[i+1] = array[i] * 2). Otherwise, it should return a false.

• Your recursive method should not have a loop inside it.
• Write a program to test your method.
