Find the first recurring character in a string. If a string does not have a recurring character, return an empty string.

EXAMPLE:

firstRecurring('reuben'); // "e" firstRecurring('anne'); // "n" firstRecurring('restaurant'); // "r" firstRecurring('paul'); // ""
