Jennifer owns a dance studio and her classes are full. One evening, the sound system breaks down and she contracts Sound City to repair it. The repairer tells her that the system has to be taken to the workshop for repair and that it will be returned within 48 hours. Although Jennifer expects to lose business for the next two days, the system is not returned for ten days, due to carelessness on the part of Sound City.
