Jessie purchased a set of Trax branded train tracks on Kidspo's website. The toy was of poor quality and Jessie's daughter was hurt and required medical attention. Jessie sent Kidspo an email on 1 March 2018 to complain. A number of other customers have also complained to Kidspo that children have been injured by Trax train tracks.
