1. Jim (Buyer) contracts with Car Dealership Inc. (Seller) to purchase a car On May 1, 2018. Jim intends to use this car as part of his passenger delivery business. On May 1, 2018, Seller delivered a nonconforming (defective) car. As a result, Jim is unable to use car. Buyer sues Seller alleging breach of contract. You are the judge, and you reach the conclusion that a contract existed and such contract was breached by Seller. Now you have to render the appropriate remedies to Buyer.
