Joan works for ABC Corp. as a manager. 25 people work under her, including Joe, inthe department. She records a conversation on her iphone between Joe and anotheremployee, as they plot to steal products from the company and sell them for a profit.She then emails the conversation mistakenly to her high school friend, Jason, who worksfor the local newspaper.
