Job analysis is defined as the process of studying jobs in order to gather, synthesize, and report information about job content. Based on the person/job match model, job content consists of job requirements (tasks and KSAOs) and job rewards (extrinsic and intrinsic). The goal of the job requirements job analysis is to produce the job requirements matrix. Assume you are Production Manager in the corrugated cardboard packaging industry and job description of the company were originally written by a consultant about 10 years ago. They have never been revised and are hopelessly outdated. Write a report of your project that include the following sections:

a. Present the actual job requirement matrix for production manager of cardboard packaging industry.

b. Refer to Question a, explain the process of collecting data for the above job

c. Assume you as HR manager, describe the purpose of job specification and give FIVE (5) example of job specification for production manager?
