Joe is a redneck from West Virginia at heart. He decides that he wants to launch his 1973 Plymouth Duster automobile into space. Joe designed a launching rocket to propel the Duster through the atmosphere and into space. Amazingly, Joe's rocket sends the Duster completely into the Earth's orbit. While Joe's Duster is in space, it collides with the South African satellite MCASAT-1C completely destroying it. Who is liable for the damage?
