Jonas manufactures the pulleys used in window blinds. For several years, Jonas and Sunset entered into a contract for Sunset to purchase 25,000 pulleys, which were always delivered in July. Consistent with their prior dealings, Jonas agreed to sell Sunset 25,000 pulleys last year. The agreement was done via email. After Jonas completed the production of the pulleys, he contacted Sunset to make delivery arrangements.
