We help men look and feel their best by offering a broad selection of clothing including suits, suit separates, sport coats, slacks, formalwear, business casual, denim, sportswear, outerwear, sweaters, dress shirts, shoes and accessories. We serve our customers through an expansive omni- channel network that includes over 1,400 stores in the U.S. and Canada as well as our branded e-commerce websites. Our U.S. Retail Operating Unit includes Men's Wearhouse, Men's Wearhouse and Tux, Jos. A. Bank, Joseph Abboud and K&G brand names and are located in 50 states and the District of Columbia. We also have an International Operating Unit focused on selling corporate clothing uniforms and workwear to workforce through multiple channels. We sell these products in the UK under the Dimensions, Alexandra and Yaffy brands. In the U.S., we operate under the Twin Hill brand name. Jos. A. Bank targets the male consumer (25 to 65 years old) emphasizing superior, personalized customer service and offering high quality, business, formalwear and business casual merchandise, substantially all of which is Jos. A. Bank branded product including our Reserve and 1905 labels. Our merchandising strategy is focused on classic styling with attention to detail in quality materials and workmanship. Based on our experience, we believe that our assortment styling, breadth, quality and price coupled with our in-store service, provides us with an advantage over our competitors with our target customer.
