Go through the Unit 1 study material in the Lectures tab and learn the offences.

Choose ONE of these offences for this Journal (see instructions below).

1. Chooseoneof the offences we are studying this week.
2. Copy and paste the wording for the section from the online Criminal Code link on the left.
3. Make up a brief scenario to illustrate the offence you have chosen to post about.Write it like a 'mini general occurrence' as you learned in first semester including date, time, location, your involvement, what the culprit did, how/when you arrested them and any more details you want to provide (more detailed = more marks)ORyou can research on the Internet and report on aCANADIANcase involving one of this week's offences/charges. - What I'm looking for is that you understand the section you are looking at by putting it into scenario.
4. Be sure to identify the proper SUBSECTION within the section that you would charge the person in your scenario for part 2 of this posting with - subsection a?b?c? etc.
