JS PLEASE!

create a very simple javascript code that calculates both the tax and the tip total of a random bill. The user should be able to input a random bill and there should be 10% tax and 7% tip applied and the output should be the total bill after tax and tip have applied. (Nothing fancy it should look bear bones) (no html and design the question should come up at the top of the page rather than it actually being on the website)
