-We are going to open our restaurant in dahyat alameer rashed after a brief check I did it appeared that there is no Indian restaurant near there (more than 3km radius). So, providing an Indian restaurant with quick and cheaper service than other restaurant will be our best opportunity to gain our share in the market.

There are 3 BIG Indian restaurant we are looking to compete with (chapati, racoon, and Panjabi Hut).they are the top 3 or lets say the 3 restaurant with the biggest market share.

The avg price for Indian (meal) rice, sauce with chicken, and bread with drink is 8.5JD our aim will be 6JD by reducing the cost of meat, chicken (since we have a family member that can provide us with the chicken, meat needed for lower prices the market)

-Financial details: the expected costs are rent, electricity, water, material costs, labor costs marketing

There is a place which opened newly (compound of restaurants and coffee houses), the rent there will be 10,000JD per year (833JDpermonth)(paid in advance), after asking other restaurant in that compound the electricity costs around 300JD per month for a 2floors restaurant with 2 Air Conditioners and also 1 big Kitchen Hoods, water will cost depending on the selling if we sell more we need to wash dishes and also use water to make food but as an estimation it will cost 300-400JD per month and it will go up each month since our sales will be more each month (especially in summer since its tourists season). Material costs since we have cheaper meat and chicken our cost will be less than other restaurants 1KGs of chicken breasts costs 3.5JG(originally 4JD) and for meat it will cost 6JD originally (7.5JD) for beef and 7JD for lamb, All spices will cost 3JD per kilo I will, rice costs 10JD per 15KILO, vegetables mix will cost 3JD per kilo there is gas which costs around 200Jd per month add initial cost for stuff that we are going to buy for 1 time like tablet for orders, chairs ,tables, fridges and other stuff it will costs around 2000JD

For the staff we will have 3 chefs and 3 workers 2waiters (taking orders and giving food to customers) 1person who wash dishes

Salary will be 1000JD for the head Chef and 700JD for other 2chefs (All Indians) waiters will take 450JD and the person who wash dishes will take 400JD working times will be from 12pm-22:00 with 1 day off for each person per week

The prices of our meals will be 6JD (4JD for the sauce, 1JD for the rice, .50JD for drink and .50 for a bread(chapati) with this price we are 1-2JD lower than most Indian restaurant
