Judy bought a house from Mary. Judy says Mary promised to repair the house before she moved in. Judy has moved in and found the house and its premises in a complete state of disrepair. Judy has confronted Mary but Mary says they have already signed the transfer instruments and thus she is no longer bound to fix the house.
