- Welcome/introductions.
- Purpose of Safety and Respect team (may include goals, etc.).
- Responsibilities of staff under the Incident, Injury, Trauma and Illness Policy and Procedure.
- Communication strategies for building safety, trust and respect if a client is disclosing allegations of abuse.
- Strategies/plans for training staff about their responsibilities in terms of reporting abuse of clients. This may include brainstorming, discussions, etc.
This form enables First Access to request an assessment from a specialised practitioner or service for a client.
