Kadar is a 35-years old Lebanese national. In 2005, he completed a culinary arts degree at the Lebanese Agriculture Institute, and from 2006 to 2013 he worked as a butcher (NOC 6331) in Lebanon.

In 2015, Kadar completed a 1-year meat cutter diploma at a college in British Colombia. Kadar has a job offer from a meat company located in British Colombia and the employer is willing to go through the ESDC process to have the job offer approved.

Kadar completed the IELTS test and he scored a CLB level of 5 in writing and speaking, and a CLB level of 7 in reading and listening. He is not proficient in French, so he did not take the TEF test.

Kadar has always been interested in making Canada his home, so he would like to know whether he qualifies in any of the economic programs.
