Kasey has agreed to buy a speedboat from Zane and they enter a signed, written contract. There are three terms in the contract:

When Kasey goes to sail the boat home, he finds that there is no engine in place. In this case: CHOOSE OPTION

Kasey must take the engineless boat, but can sue for damages (the cost of an engine) because it is a breach of warranty.

Kasey can decide to return or keep the boat and sue Zane for damages because it is a breach of condition.
